Whole Grain Baking

After a great lecture the other night from a Exercise Science Professor at BYU, I have Puffed Rice Barsrecommitted myself to the necessity of including whole grains in our diet, especially when it concerns our kids. So, I’m gathering some of my favorite recipes that easily incorporate whole grains, and are extremely delicious, too! These are the recipes that my kids don’t know are pretty darn healthy for them, so they still eat them 🙂
